Captain's License - check
It has been a few months, but I took the captains license course from Flagship Maritime Training Center in Tacoma in March 2014. I passed the tests for the OUPV and Master 50 ton inland.
In early September, I passed the test for the sailing endorsement. I was late to class and got a 5 minute intro before the test, but it was relatively easy compared to the navigation rules and other tests in the spring.
